So when you pull into this tiny strip mall and try to figure out how this tiny room is serving up food that has the entire city talking, please try to ignore the nagging feeling that the concept just doesn’t make any sense. You’ll understand after your first bite. Well, sort of. Petit Trois is a French bistro playing the workman lunch counter game. As in, there is only a counter. No tables. Not even one. When you finally get one of their twenty-ish seats, you’ll either find yourself facing the open kitchen or staring directly into a f*cking wall."

We mean it when we say the food is the star of the show here. This restaurant is tiny, which means you’ll have to wait quite a bit for a seat at the bar or along the wall (they also don’t take reservations). However, we promise it’s worth it because the food is some of the best in LA and that’s something to not be taken lightly.
