They have a selection of exceptional tiradito bowls - from the daily catch clásico to the rosita, which comes with octopus, red onion, white truffle oil, and an ají amarillo leche de tigre we usually end up licking off the plate. The sushi rolls here are great too, especially the totoro, stuffed perfectly with spicy tuna, avocado, shiitake mushrooms, and ají­ rocoto aioli."Time Out: "You’ll find a variety of cebiches and other Peruvian classics on the menu, such as the torrejitas de choclo (corn fritters) served with a side of leche de tigre for dipping. It’s a staple in the city of Chiclayo where the Chang gang hails from.
